PEX manifold F x M sweat inlets

Every system improves with the passage of time. The plumbing systems have improved to a great extent with innovative devices. The new material and the fixtures which have come into the market have reduced the plumbing bills. The new material PEX and the devices like manifolds have made plumbing easier and less expensive.

F x M manifold  sweat inlets is a device which is used to distribute the water from the main source to different locations. It is a pipe made of copper with one inch diameter and a combination of female and male ends for the inlet and outlet of water. Every manifold comes with a number of side outlets. Manifolds with 2, 3 and 4 side outlets can be found. Two or more manifolds can be soldiered to obtain a manifold with more number of outlets.

The PEX manifold F x M sweat inlets has side outlets with ball valves of 2” OC. These valves are mechanical devices which can be turned with the help of handles to shut water supply to certain areas of the house or even to a single pipe. Manifolds are used as an integral part of the radiant heating system. Two sets of manifolds are used one to feed hot water to the under floor pipes and the other to collect the cold water and send it back to the boiler.

The plumbing manifold F x M sweat inlets has valves which are used to control the flow of water through the pipes by turning the handle provided for the valve. The ball inside the pipe has a hole which takes care of the flow of water when aligned properly. The control of the water s required to cut off water to unnecessary areas or to pipes which need repair. Water can be left in all the pipes except the one which needs repair. Water to Individual pipes can be shut down when ever required.

The only difference in all the manifolds is the way they can be attached with the pipes of PEX or with copper pipes. One end of the Manifold and all the side outlets had PEX pipes. The manifold with valves help in marking the destination for the pipes and thus easier to locate problems and control it well.

All the manifolds come with adjustable brackets so that the manifolds do not move and damage the system.
